Everyone's talking about...
2009 BAND SYF!
And thats when everyone cheered, jumped, screamed, danced, and cried. (:
After 8 years, Bedok Green got its silver medal.
We did it guys,
we've made HISTORY. ;D
Thanks to our conductors, teachers,
and members of course ! So - what's our next aim for SYF?

haha, I wonder what everyone's talking about eh! ANYWAY! I hoped to be the first to post about this. Lol. Alrighty, for all those who went for SYF this year, these are the words you should remember for life!
"Band number 85 - Bedok Green Secondary School - - - -
SILVER !"

Hey band members!
Listen,
We only have one day left from now. In fact, I'm creating panda eyebags just for this post. In case anyone needs it, lol. Alright! Anyway!
This is our time - our chance to show everyone how much we've really worked for that silver. It doesn't matter anymore who plays better or who has the best parts. The point is that we've worked through all those hard and easy going times together and its best we finish what we started. Whenever you feel like giving up, ask yourself why you had hold on for so long in the first place. Turning back now isn't even an option, because the fact that even looking back would be considered an offence cuz we very well know how much effort we've put into wanting to achieve this. People who dream will be winners one day, but people who work towards their dreams are already winners. (: We have to look forward for this - nothing great has ever been achieved without enthusiasm. Besides , the best way out is always through! Lets not wait to strike till the iron is hot, but make it hot by striking okay? (:
We might not know what our future has written for us, but we do know that we were given the opportunity to shape it with every rough and smooth road we've went through together. Its not really about winning, its about wanting to win. It may be hard to fail, but it is worse never to have tried to succeed. The mind that is anxious about future events is miserable & the only way to happiness is to cease worrying things which are beyond the power of our will. What I'm trying to say is, all we have to do left is give it our best shot and never, never leave with any sort of regret. It doesnt matter what results we may receive at the end of the day, just NO DISSAPPOINTMENTS ! Lets just let fate do its job. :D
